美国设计师blake mycoskie，在一次往阿根廷的旅程中，发现当地小朋友没有鞋子保护双脚，遂决定为当地人做点事。最后在2006年成立toms品牌，承诺每当您购买一双toms鞋子，将会送一双给全球需要的孩子！

-2015年，推出toms包袋和toms公路双肩包系列

2008年，toms开始在中国的捐赠。为了给予孩子们更多的帮助，toms启动了在中国的捐赠项目。截至2016年底，toms已经为中国贫困地区的孩子们捐赠了超过650,000双鞋。2017年，toms爱心大使周迅首次跨界参与鞋履设计，呼吁更多人加入“买一捐一”one for one公益行动，帮助更多中国偏远地区孩子们的健康成长。
